One of the first DJs to ask for a copy of “I’m Having Fun” after hearing it at Dirtybird Campout 2021 was LA-based fan favorite VNSSA. She’s been championing the original at festivals across the US ever since and then asked to remix it!
Her “Fun House Remix” balances out the whimsical original cut with a straight rolling and more ‘serious’ take. The comedic element in the form of Alex Hooper’s hilarious vocals is reduced and cinematic sound FX are interspersed throughout the arrangement, while a driving bass line and chunky loud percussive elements make this a great peak time floor destroyer.
